What do I need to do to open a wholesale account?
Complete the online application. We will be in touch with you approximately 7 working days after receiving the application to discuss next steps and to clarify any questions.
Why the application process? I've never seen this before...
Lorna Jane has experienced phenomenal recognition and success over the last few years and would like to continue this exciting growth through our wholesale partners. We strongly believe that you will benefit by carrying the Lorna Jane line and hope that you can enjoy the experience and successes that we have. With this in mind, we only select wholesale partners that we believe can and will grow with us. Our application process is our way of getting to know you and your business.
Lorna Jane does not offer any regional or style/item exclusivity to wholesale accounts.
What are Lorna Jane's payment terms?
To simplify the purchasing process, only credit card payment will be accepted for wholesale orders (Visa and Mastercard & American Express).
We place a minimum of $1000 on each range that you order.
Do i have to order sizes individually?
No, stock is sold in packs. An example of a packs contence is: 1 x size Extra Small; 2 x size Small; 2 x size Medium; 1 x size Large.
What happens once my Wholesale Application has been approved?
You will receive a confirmation email with a user name and password, from there you can log onto the wholesale portal via our website and place your first order.
When do I order and how long does it take to receive my order?
Wholesale accounts may order at any time up to the close off date for each range (as specified in the range email). Our merchandise is pre ordered and sold on a "first come, first served" basis. After the close off date orders take 3-5 days to pick and pack. Shipping is usually no longer than 1 week within Australia.
Can I order any other way than via the internet?
To simplify the wholesale process, you are only able to order via our wholesale website portal, which has our full activewear ranges on it for the month.
Will I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, once you have had your wholesale application approved you will be able to log into our wholesale website portal which has an information page about our freight charges. Freight charges are calculated on destination, weight and number of boxes sent, so these depend on the size of your order.
How do I find out about your products and the line?
Once you are an approved wholesale account Lorna Jane will provide you with access to our online wholesale portal. Additionally, email updates are sent when a new range is loaded on the website and is ready to be ordered.
What are the wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices tend to be 50% of Lorna Jane retail prices.
What happens if Lorna Jane opens a store near me?
Lorna Jane is a growing company with ambitious goals for expansion. New stores are opening all over the world every year and if Lorna Jane opens a store in your market (within 50 km or 31.2miles), the wholesale relationship may be terminated.
Where is Lorna Jane opening new wholesale accounts?
Lorna Jane considers wholesale accounts primarily in the US, Europe, Asia. We look for a good strategic fit with our own expansion plans.
