Lorna Jane Stockist FAQ - Question and Answer Sheet
What do I need to do to open a Lorna Jane Stockist account?
Complete the online application. We will be in touch with you approximately 7 working days after receiving the application to discuss next steps and to clarify any questions.
Why the application process? I've never seen this before...
Lorna Jane has experienced phenomenal recognition and success over the last few years and would like to continue this exciting growth through our stockist partners. We strongly believe that you will benefit by carrying the Lorna Jane line and hope that you can enjoy the experience and successes that we have. With this in mind, we only select stockist partners that we believe can and will grow with us. Our application process is our way of getting to know you and your business.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Lorna Jane does not offer any regional or style/item exclusivity to stockist accounts.
What are Lorna Jane's payment terms?
To simplify the purchasing process, only credit card payment will be accepted for stockist orders (Visa and Mastercard & American Express). Payment is required before your order is dispatched to your nominated delivery address. Invoices are ready once all styles (that you have ordered) arrive into stock. This is generally within 10 working days from the range being uploaded on-line. Once the invoice is raised, payment must be made within 7 working days. Orders will be dismantled after 14 days if payment has not been made, or otherwise arranged.
What are the minimum orders?
We request that your first order be over $500. After that there is no minimum order.
Do I have to order sizes individually?
Some of our styles are available as loose items however most stock is sold in packs. An example of a pack ratio is 1:2:2:1 (1 x size Extra Small; 2 x size Small; 2 x size Medium; 1 x size Large).
What happens once my Application has been approved?
You will receive a confirmation email with a user name and password, from there you can log onto the stockist website (http://wholesale.lornajane.com.au)
When do I order and how long does it take to receive my order?
Stockist accounts may order at any time up. Our merchandise is pre ordered and sold on a "first come, first served" basis. Orders take 3-5 days to pick and pack. Shipping is usually no longer than 1 week within Australia.
Can I order any other way than via the internet?
To simplify the process, you are only able to order via our stockist website, which has our full activewear ranges on it for the month.
Will I have to pay for shipping?
Freight charges are calculated on destination, weight and number of boxes sent, so these depend on the size of your order.
How do I find out about your products and the line?
Once you are an approved stockist account Lorna Jane will provide you with access to our stockist website. Additionally, email updates are sent when a new range is loaded on the website and is ready to be ordered.
What are the stockist prices?
Wholesale prices tend to be 50% of Lorna Jane retail prices.
What happens if Lorna Jane opens a store near me?
Lorna Jane is a growing company with ambitious goals for expansion. New stores are opening all over the world every year and if Lorna Jane opens a store in your market (within 50 km or 31.2miles), the stockist relationship may be terminated.
Where is Lorna Jane opening new stockist accounts?
Lorna Jane considers stockist accounts primarily in the US, Europe, Asia. We look for a good strategic fit with our own expansion plans.
